A SUPPORTIVE OPPORTUNITY TO BEGIN OR TO PROGRESS A PROJECT YOU ARE PASSIONATE ABOUT IN WARM SILENT COMPASSIONSHIP WITH OTHERS

Its A Cosy Place Where:

  • You can receive support to focus on the task that is calling you

  • Be in work flow with other quiet folk (a bit like play really!)

  • Find encouragement and motivation to create an uninterrupted space at home which you can return to even after the group closes (get them candles out, warm blankets, incense, inspiring music, hot cuppa, soft lighting)

  • You can settle any nerves through a beginning arrival meditation supporting you to arrive home to your body and nervous system and warm it through with compassion

  • You have an opportunity to share how the session went for you directly with me and have it heard empathically by me and heard by others in warm encouraging silence

Format Of Session

  1. Grounding and compassionately warming meditation (10mins)

  2. Poetic offering by way of encouragement to forge onwards (5mins)

  3. Work - getting down to it (1hr)

  4. Check out - hearing from one or two people about their experience, received directly by me with empathic support for you to get a sense of 'needs met' for you during the session (15mins)

Class Etiquette

I am very aware of how hard it can be for sensitive intuitives/quiet loving folk to be with other humans and especially in the unpredictable world of online encounters. Over the years of facilitating vulnerability and courage in groups I have learnt that certain 'etiquette' supports a sense of safety so I would ask all those join the class to:

  • Have your video on during the arrival part of the session and during the end check in.  Our soft animal bodies and the sensors in our skin innately seek human physical warmth, they don't understand what's happening through the technology, and therefore I believe it supports a sense of safety to see each others faces.  As close a sense of touch as we can manage through a computer!

  • To be on time for the group arrival.  In my experience a golden thread of connection is formed between participants which is stronger if we are together from the start and held till the end

  • Whilst working enjoy to have you camera on or off, this is your private time to be and work in a way that supports the flow of your creativity, the invisible thread holds us

  • If you need to leave the class mid way (might happen) to pass a message to the group through the chat box, again, this is about care for that 'golden thread'

BOOKINGS OPEN ON 21ST JUNE 2021
