Creating A Healing Space

 

It takes practice to change our habits of surviving and insight is not enough to create lasting change.  The invitation is to support a healing dialogue with these young parts of ourselves and to create a space in our home where they can find shelter and allow their stories to unfold. To make a commitment to them in real time. Not loving them the way we want to love them or to request them to be any different but to ask them how they want to be loved, to ask them to show you the way.  Building trust. Responding to physical, emotional and spiritual needs.  It might be something you will practically do or something you will stop doing in order to support a need. The diagram below is mapped out over the four weeks and the invitation is to do something new every week you sense the younger parts of you would enjoy.​​
