The pace of my offerings is a slowed down and spacious one, especially my online classes during which  there are teaching and journaling aspects.  Central to my teaching is the skill of self-connection which can only be accessed through slowing down. There are no break-out rooms and dialogue is between myself and participants only. This pace and format supports me as facilitator to access compassion inwardly in order to support those attending and I sense supports those joining as our human mammalian body tries to echolocate safety in what is a foreign environment for our physical bodies within which to connect and to practice sharing vulnerability.
