We are hardwired for warm self-connection. But for most of us this skill wasn't modelled or taught to us. In fact most of us were raised surrounded by empathic failure and disconnection. Where survival meant giving up our vitality in order not to 'disrupt' the nervous systems of those around us.
My coaching sessions are to support you to return to that vitality through understanding what you need at this present moment in your life. I support people to grow the skill of self-kindness through empathy with their emotional pain. This requires a commitment to a path of patience as you approach your inner landscape and all that resides there in terms of your life story and your aliveness within that.

Practicing the skill of self-empathy and unconditional self-understanding
Building a kind relationship towards yourself in the face of life's difficulties
Building present moment awareness that you have been triggered by something someone says or does in order to have choice in how you wish to respond
Becoming familiar with the aspects of our language that until we understand it's connection to our needs can disconnect us from our life force, the shoulds, have to's, who's to blame, punishment and reward
Making changes in your life to support your peace of mind (peace of mind is a way of life)
Articulating your emotional pain by identifying what you don't want in order uncover what you do want in life
Bringing awareness to how you habitually respond to conflicts in life in order to remember you do have choice in how you respond and can develop new ways of responding that are relevant to the situation of your life now and who you are now
THE SKILL OF NOTICING YOUR INTERNAL WORLD
Below is an outline of the language, thinking and conditioning that I will support you to notice whilst we work together. This language can be directed towards ourselves or towards others. They are visitors that arrive with feelings of anxiety, fear, sadness, depression, anger, resentment, regret. On the face of it they 'alienate' life, however when we slow down and connect to the energy they arrive with they reveal our needs to us. From there we can begin to bring about practical strategies in our lives to support what we are longing for. They are not the enemy, they are the messengers that bring the possibility of inner spaciousness and renewed life.

Below is the process I use throughout the session. This is the inner process I will be leading you through. In my experience uncovering our needs through unconditional empathic presence with our feelings and thoughts can support us to take action in our lives, set boundaries and to find our voice and passions.

e.g. "I feel that you" is a thought and a judgement, not a feeling
Preparing A Healing Space
ONLINE COACHING SESSIONS
The online environment can be a tricky place to do this kind of work. To prepare the container where you are, you may find it a support to prepare an uninterrupted and warm space for your coaching session, joining on a lap top for visibility and making sure you have stable wifi connection, making your environment as comfortable as possible for the inner work and explorations you would like to make. A kind of welcoming place for you to undertake the growth you are longing for.

Cost of 1 hr Coaching Session is £60.00
Cost of 1/2 hr Coaching Session is £30.00
Payment is to be made at the point of booking
Cancellation up to 24hrs prior to the session a full refund will be made
Cancellation less than 24hrs prior to the session no refund will be made
The session will begin and end at the time agreed
